I can not begin to tell you how very impressed I am with your company. It is clear that customer service is a top priority. This has been a very unusual experience, because I never have had a pleasant experience buying a car. But your sales associate, Chris Pitts, changed that for me. For the first moment of speaking to him he gave me GREAT service and NO pressure. That in itself made me want to stick with him. He was very honest and transparent with the deal we were trying to make. I sense that Brigham Gill appreciates peoples time as we all have very little of it to mess around with negotiations! Chris was extremely professional and VERY informative. He has a great amount of knowledge about the Town and Country and if he did not know the answer, he was honest immediately! The best shopping experience we have ever had! My wife and I went into the dealership the other day after having a miserable time at other dealerships. All we wanted was a Jeep and for a salesperson to be straight forward with us about leasing. Brigham Gill is a breath of fresh air! I have just purchased a Patriot jeep from Brigham-Gill. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this is an absolute first experience that I would actually go through again if need be. I got so lucky when Nick answered my phonecall, and I went up to your dealership to look at the cars with him as my assigned salesperson. Nick is a most unassuming and laid back, but knowledgeable and agreeable kind person. He genuinely cared about giving me the best experience possible. I fell in love with the car, and there was no pushy salesmanship going on. This is a new experience. Car salespeople generally have a personna that nobody likes, and this was not my experience. I was thrilled. Then, I had to go through the financing. I assumed this would be where I would find my stomach turning over. Our sales man Chris Pitts was just great, very down to earth, very easy to talk to and he went always straight to the point. They gave me almost $4000 in discounts - just for coming to them. Could not believe my eyes. The service manager, Tom Langan, has always treated me and my family with respect, with beyond fair service rates and always resolves our vehicle issues. I was so pleased with my service at Brigham Gill. My jeep is older and was fixed up nicely at a very affordable price. If you need a contact, get in touch with Tom Langan-he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Genuine advice to fix the solution. I have gone to other places and gotten screwed on a sub-par job with an expensive price. Not here!
